Great service had my items witin a couple of days although i was a bit P......Off when i went back to website less than a week later and one item i had bought was $9 cheaper than i paid a few days before! Not Happy Jan!

Great people to deal with. Very knowledgable and fantastic service up to the point of sale. Unfortunately, I paid for two items and after waiting a few days only received one item. I was informed after I called them that the second item was dispatched the same day I called. Poor communication has tarnished what was otherwise a fabulous experience. I was told on the day both items were in stock! I was never contacted to inform me that the second item was being shipped separately, as apparently it was out of stock. Shipping me one item without the other was a waste of time and money as one cannot be used without the other.

While shopping for a particular car fridge at a competitors store. I noticed the item I was looking at were damaged, either their packaging or some units had casing damage. While apprehensive, I was still interested in making a purchase on that day. I asked the attendant if the store was prepared to price match or reduce the retail price of the item? To which I showed the attendant an online price. Their reply, “ we don’t match those sites”. After thanking the attendant I left the store and headed to RV. At RV I was approached by Max, and I explained to him the item I was looking to purchase. Max was very helpful and searched the suppliers store and explained that RV could get the item in, to which I replied at what price. The price was exactly the same as my online pricing and I agreed to wait for the delivery. Max took my details and asked for full payment. I rebutted and requested a 30% deposit as to pay now with with my cash reserves upon picking up the goods. Max was able to comply. Max called to confirm that my order was placed with the supplier and later called to confirm the item was in. I received the in perfect condition and was assisted in loading the item into my vehicle. The price and service I was most happy with and managed to spend an additional 50% again if the fridges purchase price. So a nice win for RV. My only concern is management seem to have very strict policies on pricing and flexibility for floor staff, this makes the shopping experience less approachable. However I feel confident in my ability to ask questions and leave if don’t feel satisfied. PM

Have only purchased one item so far. A bit disappointed to find that my purchased item was out of stock, with no suggestion of this that I could see on the website. However, the delay was only a couple of weeks and whilst we were forced into purchasing a temporary microwave, the NCE is now installed in our motorhome.

Supply issues caused by Covid-19 did slow down the delivery of some of the things ordered with the delivery now completed as communicated very happy.

Although it took 4 months to receive our sirocco fan when I rang RV to find out about delivery I was told it would not arrive until they had received their next shipment After 3 phone calls and a couple of shipments later we finally received our fan Each phone all was met with a helpful sales person and I understood the situation with receiving stock from overseas

Great to deal with Purchased a HOUGHTON BELAIRE HB3400 AIR CONDITIONER when I got it home found it to be wrong one staff there were very helpful to sort it all out.
