“First time order. The caravan privacy wall we received was not what we ordered! Different brand, colour and size.”

“Not all stock was available at the time of ordering and communication was a little light on but they fulfilled the order. Now I understand how their system works, I'll be less stressed and not feel the need to chase product in future. Definitely use them again.”

“The product was a popular back order item ordered early December, so with Covid19 impacts I wasn't certain when I would receive the goods. I appreciate that it was the busiest period of the year, but I had to email multiple times to see if the back order had arrived. A simple phone call would take less than 2min to inform me of the package arrival.”

“Great selection of equipment for camping and such. Purchased gift voucher but suggest you have a better system. I wanted $50 and had to get it as two $20 vouchers and a $10 voucher. Presented nicely, but the system of printing individually took a bit long. I would have purchased more vouchers if your process was a bit simpler to navigate. Very friendly staff though.”

“The product was delivered in extra fast time. However, I hope that the cover wasn't damaged as the packaging was in an awful state when I picked it up from the post office. Both the outer carton and the box that the cover was packed into were damaged extensively, both were open on one side and crushed on the bottom. Also, there was supposed to be a free gift with the cover that did not arrive.”
