“Good product, fast service, but delivery cost more than the items.”

“Delivery time excellent. Products performed to expectation. The items came as two deliveries which was confusing as no advice to say split deliveries. Advise for each item 2 days apart.”

“We love the great range and variety of products that you have online. Australia Post have let you down though. We we given a date range for delivery. That date has passed and no delivery yet. Maybe a bit too optimistic in providing a delivery date.”

“When placing my order the website was having issues at the checkout stage and ended up doubling my order. When I noticed this I phoned, but could not get through even tho I waited on the line for 20 minutes or more. Then I sent a msg which I was told would be answered within 24 hours but 5 days later and no contact. And now I have 4 of the same items arriving this week, 2 of which will need to be returned. Disappointed that it's impossible to make contact with this business.”

“When the 2 Camic top brackets arrive one was missing a tube rivet, after calling your store a rivet was sent out, and I mean a rivet not a tube rivet. Once again we called your store which you then did send a tube rivet. What was supposed have taken a week to receive took 3 weeks to finally complete the purchase. I suggest when you check the item before it is posted out to make sure it is complete!!!”

“I purchased a jockey wheel which I discovered was broken when I got home. It turned out to be a return which was mistakenly put back on the showroom floor. When I called them to arrange a replacement, I was told they'd put one aside for me. When I arrived to pick it up, they advised that they had no stock and the one they'd put aside was $100 more expensive. Long story short, over two weeks later a replacement was delivered with a few calls in between. The attitude I experienced with a couple of their staff I hope can only be explained by how busy they were, I don't work on the theory that the customer is always right but questioning me as to why I didn't check the contents of the box before I took it home is pretty rude. The store has a great range of gear at reasonable prices, I trust the customer service levels will return to normal after everyone enjoys a break once the silly season rush calms down”
