“Happy with the help. But wanted to get a bigger size and change the order, when they hadn't even picked the order, and told they couldn't do it. Although it would of been a better sale. That did disappoint me.”

“This will work great with a tow ball coupling, however I have a off road AL-KO coupling and the head is a lot wider and it doesn't go close enough..”

“I was disappointed to find the same item I purchased cheaper on eBay from the same company. It always amuses me when companies give preferential pricing to people that don’t visit the store. Not an insignificant difference in pricing either.”

“I have ordered a couple of items from Award RV the 1st item which was a Dometic Awning which was all good and very happy with. The second items were 2 Ibis Air conditioning vents which were ordered and paid for on 22/03/2020 which I still have not received. I did ring about 6 weeks ago and was told shipment of parts were delayed due to the Covid-19 which was fine but I am still waiting. Regards: John Sanderson Mob: 0419342369”
