“The Service was really good, the chap that did the work did a fabulous job. The quote given from the salesperson blew out a lot more than originally given, this was a huge disappointment. There was a mistake on the hours worked so once this was pointed out I was given a credit. Wish the salesman was more upfront and honest.”

“I was advised by aus post delivery would be 8.45/10.45 yesterday , I paid express waited all day at home, & finally was text , it was at the post office , so the deliver never at any time came here , so much for the fast track , I will go pick it up when I get time”

“Light would not work due to blown LED And the 10v outlet plug didn't fit, and you didn't have the plastic spacer, I have returned them to Ferntree gully and David V knows about the problem, and arrangements made for a refund once you have the returned items.”

“You have large range of products and a captive market. You offer 10% discount with your Aware RV card however a large percentage of your products are on sale, reduced from over inflated prices, so the discount card is point less.”

“Ordered a 6 cup holder and 4 cup holder. Only the 6 cup holder arrived. Had to call Award RV to ask where the 4 cup holder was as there was no explanation. They said that the 4 cup holder was sent separately? Still waiting for the 4 cup holder!”

“I would give a more positive review if I had received my item I ordered last Tuesday. According to Australia post, I should receive my express post item next week sometime. That's 7 days for delivery from Melbourne to Adelaide.”

“Great price but our order went in nearly 5 weeks ago. The items were available when the order went through but a follow up later was the items were on back order. Now just caught up in delayed postal services. Not long now.”

“Ordered a set of 4 feet for my caravan legs ... the parcel only contained 3. My call to rectify was well received and another 'foot' was apparently picked and posted no charge - same day. Yet to be received, but that's likely to be an Australia Post problem.”
