“Store is awesome. First time visit. Unfortunately the product I bought was broken in the packet. They gave me a sight discount. If I wasn't desperate for the heater I would have left it (only one in stock).”

“Ordered online as as transaction went through without any comment, I went to pick up the item the next day. I was told they had no stock and they were waiting for a delivery in the next few days. I was told that I should have waited for a phone call to tell me the pickup was ready for me to collect. So I waited for a week for a phone call and never received one. So I phoned and was told it was in stock and I could collect it. Very average service.”

“Can I suggest that you look at the lengths as I ordered two lines for 17ft but they are 100mm too short .the length is stated at 5180mm when 5280mm is required on the Aussie Traveller brand awning !”

“I’ve purchased from RV Superstore in the past and they are great and the transactions are effortless, however this time it would’ve been nice to be told at the checkout that the product was out of stock, I waited for 4 weeks and then had to contact you for information regarding delivery time,”

“I attended your store for the first time on Thursday 21st jan..i was served by a very helpful man named Brent who managed to sell me $800 worth of goods..help also help considerably with ideas...where i got disappointed was the counter where I encountered a very unhelpful young woman who can’t be helping your business..such a pity as I’d driven all the way from Rosebud on a previous recommendation..maybe a wee lesson in patience and manners wouldn’t go astray..sincerely William abbott”

“Arrived promptly and as described did not read sizes available now I am stuck with a whell cover too large mailing costs etc to large to consider replacement. Have to sell privately and go again MY fault read more carefully next time.”

“Goods were ordered on line and could be picked up two days. Arrived two days latter and good had not been picked ready for pick up. Waited about 15 mins for them to organise but they could not find one item, so had to go back the next day.”

“There is nothing wrong with the products just they are arriving in a dribble. I ordered them in one go and paid in one go but I still haven't recieved all of my order a little bit of communication would not go astray. Just to say we don't have a certain item in stock and give a person a chance to cancel the order.”

“My order was placed on the 19th oct.A bit disappointed it took 3 days before it left the store for postage to Gisborne according to Australia post tracking. Now waiting till 6th _11th nov.over 2 was and I understand with covid 19 But!”
