First time EBay user, I entered and address in the manner requested, I attempted to change to correct address ( when I realised the it was worded incorrectly) . Which I thought had happened. When my goods did not arrive, phoned Auspost, who informed me wrong address on parcel sent back to issuer. several phone calls and extra charges had me perplexed at their customer service. They issued a refund less than what paid, because they kept $20.00.

Communication was very poor I was not advised that my item was not available at the time! I Placed my order in feb and still had not heard anything 3 weeks later so called them to find out where it was and was advised oh that item has just come in you should have it within a week.

Ordered an item on the 19th of February, waited a week to finally receive an email advising the item "that was" in stock was in fact going to be delivered towards the end of March, a period of 5 weeks away, the offer to cancel and receive a refund was taken up and missed at your end. 3 weeks later after sourcing the item I wanted elsewhere, the item arrives, 2 weeks earlier than your advise of the 24th February.

I purchased Darche camp chairs from your store. Should have travelled around corner and could have saved $20.00 on purchase.😡😡

Item ordered. Receipt of payment received. From then, no further communication. Item was on "back order" but I didn't receive notification that it was, until I called. Refund was processed.

Hello I am sorry for the bad review but as yet I have not receive my purchase which I paid for on the 6th of Dec. I tried to track the parcel through Ausi post and the last log was on the 7th to say they had it. I contacted Ausi post but still have no result in receiving this present in time for Christmas. Lack of communication. After waiting 6 weeks for my delivery i emailed to find out where it is. "Amazingly" the next day im told it has just come in and is on it way.

This company is ok if the parts are in stock and you know what you want but terrible at communications. I have asked numerous questions via email, the Victorian camping show portal and on their eBay site and have never had a single reply! Very poor.

Order was placed on 5th September with an expected fulfillment time of that week. On calling a couple of weeks later the order had apparently gone missing. Finally on 13th October it was 'expected by end of week' but on calling the next week no ETA could be given (even when reequested of email). The order finally limped into store on 28th October and was picked up but I'd be hard pressed to describe the customer service as anything better than nonchalant.

I usually order through Casey but this last order was handled by a female and I tried to get it sent by courier as I told the female Aus. post take to long, but she insisted Aust Post and now I will not receive until 8th/9th. not happy Eddie Carmichael

Ordered products online all instock. Arrive for pick up 48hrs later and told 1 item on back order. Thanks for the notification earlier

Waited so long with no follow up unless I rang, then arrived damaged and more phone calls to resolve the damage issue. Internet sales are not their strength

Ordered a Nomad Power PDU only to be told they cannot honour the sale as the suplier has gone out of business. I would have thought they were aware of this before posting it for sale on the website. Now I'm still waiting for a refund and I have to pay more for the same unit elsewhere. I understand Covid19 impacts but surely this would make maintenance of the available products on their website more important than ever. A courtesy call would have been better than a 2 sentence email also.
