“Hello this was my first purchase from RV superstore and it was disappointing that the order was placed and paid for on 21/7 the estimated delivery time was the eta for delivery was between Wed 29/7 and Fri 31/7 only to receive notification the order was not dispatched until 31/7 and as of today 3/8 i have not received the goods. when the product was ordered via ebay it noted that the goods usually are shipped with in one day.”

“We are not happy, we ordered 4x black connectors and only received 1x connector. When we called Award RV Superstore the lady was abrupt and told us we had to go via Ebay. We have responded via Ebay saying we only received 1x connector and as yet have had no response.”

“I found they don't no what there doing as I bought some items from them on the 6/07/20 and they stated that they sent them on the 9/07/20 but actually sent on the 21/07/20 not the best way to run a business would not buy from them again.”

“Had to get a refund after chasing my order. Could not supply due to supplier issues. I understand that sometimes this happens, but feedback was poor and I had to chase it up twice. Refund was issued promptly, which was appreciated as I had to purchase elsewhere.”
