“Been shopping here for 20 years fitting out numerous vans but getting a bit over the customer service. One bloke is pretty smug and seems to consider customers as morons. We avoid him now. Award also gave me attitude when I asked about a $2000 order. So I canceled it and bought elsewhere”

“Lack integrity Bought a hand caravan mover on the clear understanding I could return it if it did not work Took it back 2 hours later as it did not work Was charged $25. “Shelving” off my refund”

“I contacted Award RV about these items several times thier help. I Waited 5 days at a time for a response and had to follow-up many times to get a response. In the end I ordered the parts I needed without knowing if it was going to be suitable. One of the items was correct the other was not. I cannot be bothered dealing with Award RV to return this item”

“Customer service was terrible I rang to find availability on part they said they would ring back they didn’t I visited store as I needed part they said they would ring me they haven’t quoted $200 got it for $60 elsewhere hopeless customer service”

“I’m glad I paid express otherwise I might get it by Christmas the latest said Monday next week so that would make it a full week to get here but hang on it’s not Monday yet so just waiting and waiting and waiting don’t rush now you got the money quick enough that’s the main thing”

“Ordered caravan cover on 27/8/21. Arrival today 09/10/21, 6 weeks. I had to ring 2 weeks after ordering to be told it was on back order. Rang the following week to be told it was invoiced by the supplier but not delivered to AwardRV. Renee W did ring me to say she was chasing it up. Then to say it should come in by the Friday of that week. I rang the following Monday to ask what was happening to be told by a male employee it should be dispatched by the end of that week and he would ring me. On Friday 01/10/21 I received an email (No phone call) to say it had been dispatched. Very disappointing customer service, especially considering I was going to buy the cover on line for $50 cheaper, then decided to support a local business. I hope the bag for the cover is wrapped inside as it is not in the box.”
