Guys, you should have addressed this problem better than you did... you advertised the wrong item, sold me the wrong item and then took your time fixing the problem that you cause in the first place... after you read this i will delete it.....Please send me an email telling me you have read it....

Please read my comments sent via email to your sales department this afternoon, it gives some overview of the extent of drama and frustration experienced with obtaining prices, availability etc. a totally different experience received when visiting your store in person very disappointing & not offering future confidence. I see your next question does not allow for multiple answers but my contact was Emails and Telephone calls to several sales people.

Ordered the part and paid for it on the 20th of july and after four phone calls it is now on its way but wont get here till next week, thats five weeks not good enough.

bought a premier platinum caravan cover which started tearing due to fabric deteriating within 12 months of purchase, beleiving it had 12 months warranty I reported the issues to see what could be done about it, my phone calls and emails were all ignored, wont be recomending or dealing with this company again.

Very disappointed bought a pole container bracket on line ,advised delivery would be within the week , sent three emails no response ? Finally rang and advised the product was not in stock ?? Poor service

Ordered caravan window on 30/3 which was advertised as ‘made to order’ and will be sent within 15 days. It’s now May and I still don’t have it!

Very disappointed with the sales service, purchased an Oztent Oxley Lite 5, (only one left) what was delivered was a very second hand product, the tent was poorly boxed in cardboard renovated box with OZTRAIL yes OZTRAIL identification, the bag was filthy dirty with holes in it, the tent had been used, the frame had been taped at some time on the knuckles with packing tape, the tent pegs had been used, one tent pole was missing with the compression straps also missing, the tent had been poorly folded, strung with tent rope guides. I was charged the full retail asking cost, my question is why did not the Sales Manager advise me of the condition of the Tent before the purchase ?, upon contacting the store he hand balled the phone call to one of the female staff. NOT BLOODY GOOD ENOUGH AWARD STORE !

Ordered 8/4/2021 and discovered today 12/4/2021 that tracking is unavailable. What does this mean?

Worst online I have experienced. Order was posted as in stock though most was out of stock when some items were posted with no invoice or paperwork attached. Called store to be advised that they had no idea when stocks would be available. I was patient for another 2 and a bit weeks then sent email to cancel remainder of items not supplied, also called the store the following day to confirm my cancellation to be advise remainder of order was being posted that day. Advised staff person to send out and ignore previous cancellation request. Waited 6 days for delivery to arrive via post (didn"t come). Phoned store an actually was able to be advised by Trish (very nice person, however by this time I was not so nice [apologies to Trish], whom advised that my remainder of order was still sitting with the store and that 4 of the items we still out of stock. You can guess my mood from here on of what I think of Award RV Superstore! I am still awaiting the 2 delivery of my order and have received a credit for the non-supplied items.

Ordered first time ever through EBay, It was not delivered on time, so rang Aus Post who told me, not addressed properly sent back to sender. Rang and was told had not come back to store, was waiting to be pick up at their post office. Also found out I supposedly addressed incorrectly, but I then discovered a fault in the address system, the address area is not able to be altered. After I attempted to alter. No customer service though, common sense did not seem to prevail when the order came through to see there was no street address. An email, phone call, might have cleared the confusion.

Before I purchase online, I usually check the ratings for the supplier. This place was rated fairly well, so when I made my first purchase through RV Superstore I felt pretty confident about the stock they were selling and their professionalism. WRONG! The dinner set was cheap China made rubbish with obvious blemishes which turned up with one broken dinner plate. The delivery was over one week late and they had forgotten to include part of the order, which I had paid for in advance. Seriously, look elsewhere for quality products and service.

It took 3 months for my item to arrive. I ordered it in early December as Christmas present for my sister. I called the store and was told ETA was late January. Then I didn’t receive it until March last week. Disappointing and won’t buy from you guys again due to the lack of communication I received.

Ordered a camps 11 book with free delivery. at checkout it asked for postage. Contacted Award and the reply was postage payable. Contacted them again, told them that I can see an ad with their name saying free delivery. Asked me for a screen shot which I supplied. Told then that this was a google ad and it was in error and THEY shouldn't have posted it. Strange that awards name was on the ad. Went to considerable trouble to find the ad and do what they asked. No contact from them since then. Disappointed that I helped them solve THEIR problem. Thought maybe a thank you would have been nice. I would find it hard to do business with this company because of the very poor attitude. I stand to be corrected but isn't it the law that if a company advertises a product, even though it's an incorrect price they have to supply one product at the advertised price. I could be wrong...not sure. But this happened to me at a hardware outlet, without me even asking them for it. They, as opposed to this outlet, were very obliging.

Extremely poor if not pathetic service...take your money, cannot supply parts ,offer no refund, no contact...complaint to fair trade....DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY...
