“my first thoughts were good, but after my order went missing in the post, this all seems to have fallen in to a heap. I lost a $500.00 purchase, either lost or stolen in the post system. I know it got into the system but no one is keeping me informed of where I will ever see my purchase. As the customer with Auspost AwardRV has to make the claim but I am not being told where that is or when I will get my "Alarm"”

“Sorry to have to say but your store at Ferntree gully Vic,is hopeless.. June 22 I paid for a gas heater on line,,after way too many requests to have it dispatched and endless excuses and promises I STILL DON,T HAVE THE HEATER..It will be it summer before I get it..I live a long way from the store,My brother lives closer,He went in the store to look around and saw they had 2 heaters on the shelf,,SO WHY am I still waiting....My friend actually drove a long way to Cranburne and got me one from BCF..I am a cancer survivor 77 years old,,I occupy my self in my work shop and its bloody cold..I still want the one I ordered as 2 heaters will be great for me..Sorry for the review,,as you can see I'm not happy at all.. “I purchased 2 ovens online and had trouble with the website trying to pay.after ringing and paying over the phone including express shipping I waited for delivery.after a week had passed i again rang the store only to be told the ovens were on back order.was not happy I wasn’t informed,I did receive a full refund although too late for the birthday they were for.”

“Ordered and paid for a simple item suitable for routine post delivery. The store is in the next suburb to my address and after seven days the item still hasn't arrived. I'll never order an online item from them again. EBay orders placed at the same time arrived in three days.”

“~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This company charges full prices for items advertised as original but send out fake Chinese imports. Selling so called Supa Peg Screw Pegs for full price then sends Chinese, Supa Pegs Screw Pegs are made in Australia and I contacted the manufacturer to advise them of what this company is doing, I will be also contacting the ACCC.”

“I was told the item was out of stock and it would be a few weeks and would i like to cancel my order and get a refund. i replied to the email withing 90 mins say please cancel and refund. 2 weeks later i am away on my trip and i am told the item has turned up at my home and no refund in my bank.”

“EXTREMELY DISSAPOITED and frustrated to say the least!l unfortunately for us we have spent a total Of $35,00,00! In your store But we are having on going problem with an order of a Domintec Electric owning that was paid in full and was delivered as a manual. This problem has been ongoing for 6 MONTHS with the store manager named David not returning numerous calls then told promises of calling back which never happens We have also been told That one is on its way Numerous times which again never happens So much of my time has been wasted with this matter I will be taking this further and would appreciate a call back from a manager that for sees David’s behaviour in all this A very disspointed customer”
