“Could improve their website but after sales service was excellent! Pop up camper van and Poptop Caravan are very different - but the labelling on the website is confusing unless you're in the know - having mad a mistake - I'm now 'in the know'! Could add side dimension to assit in clarity... However awardrv's after sales service made up for the issue -partly mine partly their in my eyes - very happy with the service - I'll be happy to return for more purchases...”

“Had the product I wanted and was shown as being available when purchased. Advised after paying that the product wasn’t in stock and should be available in 2-3 weeks. Finally received item 5 weeks after purchase. I realise goods and delivery times have been effected by COVID19, but if you don’t have the stock on hand stipulate that.”
