“Unfortunately I had a small item break in my recent travels and reported my problem to Award RV. They handled my issue promptly and professionally, arranged for me to return the item and confirmed that I was able to make a claim for a replacement item under warranty. Apart from a small delay in receiving the replacement part (not their fault) the service was excellent throughout.”
