“I ordered a Premium caravan cover.. Appeared good quality on the internet site. One a small problem cleared up, the superstore were very good. Great customer service. Delivery was a bit longer due to the cover being on back order”

“attended the store on several occasions over the xmas period i found the staff more than helpfull. young Bruce was very helpfull and advised me on which pump to buy . so i did.attended there again today the place was packed. what i noticed was how good the staff were with every customer everyone was important great work to all the team. cheers .IAN”

“I FOUND THIS SPARE WHEEL COVER FOR MY CARAVAN AFTER THE ORIGINAL LOST IT ELASTIC SO TIED IT ON BUT ON THE WAY TO OUR HOLIDAY I WAS PULLED OVER BY POLICE TO SAY I WAS DRAGGING IT UP THE ROAD AS YOU WOULD SAY IT IS STUFFED. SO I WILL REPLACE IT WITH THE KEEP ON SMILING COVER WHICH IS GREAT AS PEOPLE COME UP BEHIND YOU IT WILL MAKE THEM SMILE AND MAKE THERE DRIVE BETTER.”

“We recently purchased 5 X Sirocco fans for our caravan and had them installed by Award RV. We did a lot of shopping around online and Award were the cheapest by far. The installation quality of all 5 fans is terrific. Overall it was a great experience aided by friendly and knowledgable staff. I highly recommend Award RV.”

“ordered a caravan cover on line, but didn't get an acknowledgement from the store, so followed up with a phone call a few days later. The gentleman I spoke to was really helpful and looked up my order and said it would be posted next day. It arrived two days later despite the Xmas rush. Fantastic.”
