“Ordered an item from online store , got tax invoice for correct item ordered then got tracking information saying another item was coming instead . Emailed straight away and started backward / forward emails with constant question and getting nowhere . RV Superstore said there was a glitch in the system and would get back to me when they could work it out . Item finally arrive and was correct item although tracking said it wasn't . RV Superstore never got back to me to say what was happening or ask if correct item had arrived . Cant be putting up with this disorganised mess . Will shop elsewhere in future , never at RV Superstore online . This review RV Superstore sent me is even asking me to review item I didn't order , not item I did order .”

“Started off a bit rocky with the round product being sent, but a quick email had the return sorted and the right product arriving. The team sorted the problem which is some times not the case but Award lived up to its Award name. Thanks Guys and Girls.”

“Award RV superstore go above and beyond helping you. Their products are processed very quickly and delivered in a timely manner. I’m currently doing a conversion on a fiat Ducato and have been able to purchase lots of goodies for the project. Highly recommend them for all your RV purchases.”
