“Have been very happy until my last order I ordered 2 items only received one after they said I will send both of them only 1 arrived I rang to find the other item is they said it wasn’t sent we will send it now and charged me for extra delivery costs not happy”

“Award RV superstore experience was great. Australia Post less so. I still have not received my order despite it being acknowledged by Auspost as being received and ready for processing over a week ago. In future I will not buy anything unless I am given the option of delivery by Courier. Sad but true”

“Ordered a set of 4 feet for my caravan legs ... the parcel only contained 3. My call to rectify was well received and another 'foot' was apparently picked and posted no charge - same day. Yet to be received, but that's likely to be an Australia Post problem.”

“We have found Awards RV to have a great range, the prices are very competitive - usually the cheapest and when we've visited instore the staff have all been very helpful, informative and friendly. When I've ordered online during lockdown they sent the items available quickly and put the remainder on backorder. As these became available they were sent promptly. I had one item that was unavailable for an extended time so they contacted me to enquire if I wanted to leave it on backorder or cancel it - I liked being given that choice. Parking is never a worry when shopping instore as they have an ample size carport at the front.”

“Would be happy to write a review. I have not received my items as yet. According to tracking for the last 3 days the delivery's been stuck half way between Melbourne and Adelaide. The truck must have six flat tyres or some similar problem, maybe its been hijacked? Who would know, I am sure Aus Post will have a good excuse.”

“Guys, you should have addressed this problem better than you did... you advertised the wrong item, sold me the wrong item and then took your time fixing the problem that you cause in the first place... after you read this i will delete it.....Please send me an email telling me you have read it....”

“Due to the COVID19 lockdown I was unable to collect the parts I needed for my caravan. Your representative asked where I lived & offered to deliver the parts on his way home from work. He did and this is awesome service. Thanks”
