“This is a great store for caravan and camping supplies, if there are any issues with the product or delivery ( which is very rarely ) their customer service is fantastic and they resolve issues instead of ignoring them. I will continue to buy from award rv. Thanks for the great service 👍”

“PURCHASED A DINING SET FOR THE CARAVAN AT THE CARAVAN SHOW, UPON OPENING THE PACKAGE TO WASH THE PLATES ETC NOTICED A SMALL PLATE MISSING, PHONED THE STORE AND INFORMED THEM OF MISSING PIECE, PURCHASED WEDNESDAY, PHONED THURSDAY RECEIVED REPLACEMENT MONDAY, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD, WELL DONE GUYS AND GIRLS, MY NEW FAVOURITE CAMPING STORE.”

“Ordered a Dometic Ibis 4 air conditioner for the caravan over the phone. The sales person was really knowledgeable and super helpful. Package was shipped interstate and delivered to caravan workshop. Only took a couple of days to arrive. Very impressed.”
