“Hi Team, I am extremely disappointed after having waited for a Fan blade it is of the wrong orientation to the Picture you have as the description when ordering. It would appear I have wasted my money.”

“Very rarely do you come across staff that are so helpful, honest, polite and supply products that will suit you best. As for getting work done on my van they quoted a price on what it usually takes to do the job and said that sometimes these works can take less time if power and build of the van is of high quality. When they rang to say the van was ready they told me it was a quicker job than usual and took the 3 hours saved off the original quote saving me the cost.”

“When the 2 Camic top brackets arrive one was missing a tube rivet, after calling your store a rivet was sent out, and I mean a rivet not a tube rivet. Once again we called your store which you then did send a tube rivet. What was supposed have taken a week to receive took 3 weeks to finally complete the purchase. I suggest when you check the item before it is posted out to make sure it is complete!!!”

“Click and collect order made on Sunday never heard anything. Went to store on Tuesday afternoon to collect, order still hadn't been picked and staff made me feel like it was very inconvenient.”
