"Worst Customer Service EVER.\r\nI see that the company is actively responding to reviews. Pity that they cant answer the phones (now just says they are closed as opposed to 'busy' and ringing out).\r\nThey don't respond to emails or their own contact form and promote a live chat that is broken. Its impossible to contact them, their customer service is ridiculous. \r\nMy parcel and order have been processed and marked as complete and dispatched since the 3rd yet the tracking with DPD still shows them still waiting for it. \r\nI've spent thousands with them in the past, Getting a chargeback with my latest order from the bank. Good luck trying to contact me to get it back."

As long as you don't need Customer Service you're good. Phone lines closed, they don't reply to emails and Live Chat is always unavailable.
