“Lovely boots, ideal for walking. They were dispatched quickly and arrived well packaged. My only gripe... the boot laces are only just long enough. Had they been another couple of inches longer I would have given 5 stars.”

“Love my new boots!! Fit beautifully, look great, fantastic quality and soooo comfy. This is the 3rd pair of this style I’ve bought, but in a different colour - I now have all 3 colours - pink, brown & blue. Love these boots xx”

“I have put a better insole for more firm arch support but it just lifts my heels so that they rub a little. Width is good. Zips are occasionally difficult to move full length.”

“Never bought Bareback before. Now have brown vermonts. I'm so impressed with the quality, technical aspects and styling. Fit also perfect although I'm short, the height is fine for my knees. I can't report on the practicality as just now they're too good to wear to ride ! I just like looking at them ! I look forward to using and buying more 😄. Website, service,delivery all excellent.”

“Love my boots, I needed a thinner pair of socks, I now have enough bareback boots to keep my feet dry and warm all next winter.... this company is great and the customer service is brilliant.... I had ordered 2 pairs but had to return a pair”

“Lovely boots and great service. Ordered 2 different styles as I was undecided which ones I wanted, kept one pair (Windsors) and returned the others using their free returns service. Refund was processed immediately and in my bank the next day. Wore my boots for the first time today. Gorgeous leather and very comfy. I had previously worn the same brand of boot for over 25 years but am now a Bareback convert. Will be coming back for some winter boots later in the year”

“Brought my second pair so that I have one for the yard and one clean pair for day to day life. These are best footwear I’ve ever owned, comfortable from day 1 and go with loads of outfits for a countryside look. Sturdy and waterproof for yard work. I love them.”

“I haven't had too many opportunities to wear my new boots yet, as the weather brightened, but they're extremely well made. Excellent quality leather and reasonably comfortable, although with any hard-wearing leather boot, they'll take a little while to warm up and mould to my foot. I'm thrilled with them. The colour's gorgeous and the postage and packaging was great. They're a good fit (I'm a size 5) and there's a little wiggle room. Others have advised to go up a size but I find them a generous size 5.”
