“The Kentucky storm boots are lovely however they are very narrow (lucky for me i have a narrow foot!!) they are a bit of a struggle to get on especially the zips which are fiddly and at the mo i cant get one to the top! I think they will mould with use at least I hope so!! I guess if you have wide foot it would be good to get the on line advice on fit!!”

“I cannot fault the customer service as they provided a refund so quickly. Unfortunately the boots (Kentucky) are just too narrow in the foot. Would like to see wide options!”

“This review isn't about the boots as I have yet to receive them. Just a warning to people ordering these products outside of the UK. As the boots are manufactured in Portugal and are being exported to the EU from the UK, duty and import charges will apply once the value is over EUR 150. I purchased boots €200 and have had to pay €77 in duty/import charges which I was unaware I would have to pay when ordering. I did contact BareBack and was told somebody would call be back on Monday (Yesterday) but I have heard nothing. Obviously very disappointing and EXPENSIVE to purchase based on this. If I had known of these charges I would probably not have purchased the boots. Hopefully when they do arrive they'll be wonderful and the pain of the cost will slowly dissipate !”

“These boots looked lovely but were too small and narrow for me. I had had a comprehensive phone call with a Bareback Footware advisor about what boot and shoe I should get but couldn’t even get my foot in them so I had to return them. The returns and refund process was very swift and easy.”

“Unfortunately size was not correct for me. I’m usually a 6.5 so ordered 6 as suggested. Couldn’t get them on my feet. Disappointed as boots were lovely However no problem returning and I eagerly await the size 7.”

“Sadly I've had to return them so hope they arrived safely. Don't think they were quite right for me. Took the insole out and put it back again and they just werem't comfortable. Also could see a few scuff marks and I was very careful with them. I've asked for a refund please but thank you for the opportunity to try them.”

“This is the second pair of these boots I have had and I wore the previous ones until they fell apart. Absolutely loved them. . However, although I ordered the same size 43 wide they are not the same generous calf fit as before.”

“Great colour. Almost impossible to get on and off as the ankle is too high and narrow! Hopefully as they are unlined suede they will give a little with use.”

“I had to return the Idaho storm jodhpurs boots as they were very narrow, the zip on front wouldn’t fasten, gutted as they were lovely I love my Quebec boots tho, they get 5 ⭐️”
