“I was so looking forward to receiving my new boots after all the glowing reviews, but sadly I’ve struggled with the one foot being really tight over the top of my foot, but loose around the heel so that on my second wear I ended up with a blister the size of a 10p piece on my heel. Needless to say I haven’t worn them again. Wish I’d just returned them instead of thinking I could wear them in….”

“The leather is undeniably high quality, and the packaging is impressive. The returns process was also smooth and hassle-free. However, the boots themselves are not only overpriced but also quite uncomfortable. Be prepared for a lengthy break-in period and the likelihood of blisters before you can fully enjoy wearing them. While the craftsmanship is evident, the initial discomfort makes it hard to justify the high cost.”

“They are lovely boots but on the larger size of your actual foot size as I’m a size 5 and I ordered a 5 but these seam very sloppy when walking. I tried them on around the house first and they seamed okay so went down to field to sort ponies out and they seam bigger almost like they have stretched. I would go a size down to your actual size”

“Disappointed ☹️ no half sizes until you get to 7.5 which is too big. Luciana boots ordered in size 6 as most reviews said they came up big in the foot and I take 6.5. Too small in the foot length but the calf width was massive (standard size, not wide). Size 7 would be way too big around the calf and probably a bit too long in the foot.”

“Smart looking yard boots. Not as soft to wear as I hoped for but broke in quickly. I find zips a little tricky to do up. Overall they are okay and hopefully will last for a while.”

“These boots fit brilliantly and are very comfortable. My only disappointment is that they are not waterproof and they say that they are. I have had very soggy feet from walking in dewy grass (not raining).”

“Gorgeous looking boots, couldn't wait to get them on. Unfortunately the lest boot was excruciating painful around my ankle. Took the decision to persevere and after a week of daily dog walks can wear my boots in relative comfort”

“I love these boots but unfortunately my foot goes in but far to narrow for the zip to fasten, so disappointed, the only boot from bareback that fits is the Quebec others I’ve tried are too narrow, I thought I’d try the zip up as having a knee problem I find the Quebec hard to push on, but once on they are extremely comfortable”

“Superb comfort but difficult to get on and off if using only the zip. Really disappointed as I wanted a pair of boots I could slip on and off with ease for dog walking. Left inside heel also rubbing.”

“Ordered Quebec boots in my normal size. Sadly they came up very big in the foot & width. Returned for a full size smaller but got sent half size smaller… the smaller ones were difficult to get my foot into as the angle at the ankle was tight. Once on, whilst they were still slightly too large foot length wise, were very tight to get on or off over the ankle, so unfortunately had to return again. Packing and quality of boot wise I’d say really excellent product. just that style didn’t fit me. I would however, consider using them for another style maybe with a zip or laces.”
