“My Chicago waterproof boots arrived very quickly. Excellent quality and very comfortable. I have all sorts of problems with my feet and it is very exciting to have found a pair of boots that are wide enough, with a roomy toe box, and also so stylish! A return, for another pair which were just too small, was dealt with very promptly. I am so impressed with both the quality of the boots and the excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“Good quality boots, I now have 2 pairs, they’re a little stiff to start so I wear them in for a couple of weeks before walking any long distances. I’m trying to find an excuse to buy the Forest Green ones!”

“I have 3 pairs of Barebacks, which in itself says I’m happy. The customer service is excellent, telephone & you speak to a friendly, polite & helpful human who clearly values you as part of the Bareback ‘family’. The boots are second to none, mine work for a living & have more than stood the test of time & work & come up looking fabulous every time. A great company selling excellent footwear.”

“I cannot fault the customer service from Bareback Footwear. I was unsure of size / fit and ordered a couple of different sizes & calf width. Bareback provided a free returns service so it was easy to return / exchange. The boots themselves - are superb and really comfy. They also look great!!: Dakota Waterproof Country Boots - in blue. I would defintely buy from Bareback Footwear again. Lovely to deal with them.”

“Initially, the boots felt both too tight and too loose. However, I had seen a similar review so decided to go for it. Within 30 minutes I had completely forgotten I was wearing them. Great tread and they are the only pair of boots in recent memory that did not have my socks running down to my toes. Love them!! Completely waterproof and have been slogging through the mud to feed the donkeys in them. Highly recommended. Now very comfortable and would certainly buy again but hope they will have a good shelf life!”

“Extremely pleased with my boots. I have wide feet with high insteps and have problems finding footwear that is comfortable. My new boots were perfect I am size 5 but often buy 6 to have extra room. Read advice ordered size 5 and they are just right, having the zip helps with high my insteps too. 👍😀”
