“Really high quality product. Super comfy from the first moment- I usually get blisters with new shoes, and these didn’t rub at all! Also keep my feet warm, unlike my previous Chelsea boots. Haven’t tested the waterproof function yet, but I already love my new boots. Can’t wait for them to look a bit more worn/battered which is the look I aim for.”

“Delighted with these boots! I’ve tried two other different brands and had to send them back as they were either too uncomfortable or too heavy. These went straight on, were immediately comfortable and my feet felt secure and supported. They feel really robust and look great!”

“Brilliant super warm and comfortable boots with added delight of being stylish and flattering unlike so many snow boots that are like glorified wellies. Tried a couple of other so called snow boots only to find they were not keeping feet warm (and that is just in a mild Scottish snow) but also that had failed to give support to foot when walking in snow! These excellent boots kept me cosy and dry but more important did not cause any strains walking over difficult terrain in slippery snow. Stylish too for popping to town.”

“I bought my first pair of boots 3 yrs ago and never looked back. I am a daily walker , walking my beagle around 6miles a day 7 days a week I need good boots to protect my feet. The barebackcks are the best boots I have ever bought for durability, comfort and longevity. I would recommend these boots to anyone who walks/ treks for more than a few miles. Have just purchased my 2nd pair and already loving them.”

“Excellent quality, love the fact they were made in Europe and the leather is top notch! Delivery was super efficient as they arrived in a day and a half and packed beautifully. Also, very impressed a return envelope was included and prepaid. Delighted I did not require this service. I would highly recommend and have only used my Bareback boots since I received them. Customer Services were also a huge help. Thank you.”

“After purchasing the black and brown full length Quebec boots last year I thought I would try the ankle boots in Bordeaux .i purchased the seconds but honestly they are brilliant ,creasing is unnoticeable .lovely colour and fit .i wear a 6 and purchase a 6.They are a snug fit across the top of my foot when originally purchased ( with the insole in )but this can be removed if required and then replaced once the beautiful leather has softened,which doesn't take long .This my 3rd pair of Quebec boots and I love them.The full length boots were very useful in the recent snow ,I didn't slip once ,whereas my wellingtons were too slippy in the conditions . Easy to order ,quick delivery and useful telephone advice given last about fit and removing the padded insole if required .”
