“Worn straight away and they were so comfortable! A weekend away in Whitby with lots of walking, very icy but the boots proved warm and grippy! Several dog walks later I am impressed!”

“Sadly the boots that I ordered were a little too big. No half sizes available and the size down was out of stock. That being said, the boots arrived within a day of being ordered. Customer service were helpful when I called them about perhaps ordering a replacement. In the end, I decided to return for a refund. That was also dealt with swiftly.”

“I ordered a size 6, my usual size but they were too big. I phoned and the very nice girl answering the phone was extremely helpful. Sent them back for a size 5. The turnaround was amazing. I had a discount code for new year and used that originally. I presumed, wrongly, that I would lose that but no, also the postage to return the boots and send back new order wasn’t charged. Amazing company and one I would recommend.”

“The best books I’ve had for grantees dry feet on the muddiest of dog walks! This is my second pair. The last pair were worms religiously for 4-5 years until the soles wore down! Yup, the soles before any other structural issues or leaks. Top quality product. Love my Quebec’s”

“I bought my first pair of Bareback boots in 2019. I now have three pairs of long boots and two short. They are supremely comfortable from the outset. No 'breaking in'. My first pair are still going strong and are used for work almost every day. The only brand I can order online and they are true to size and perfect for me. I love them!”

“The boots arrived very promptly and I really liked the look of them. Unfortunately they didn't quite fit my feet and I sent them back the same day. Within 2 days I received an email acknowledging receipt of the boots and saying that my refund was being processed. The refund was back in my account that day. So although I didnt keep the boots the purchase and subsequent return and refund couldnt have been more efficient.”

“Arrived quickly and the quality is excellent made very well can’t fault them. Bought them for my husband and he’s so pleased with them. He used to get cold feet not anymore and with the cold weather we’re having at the moment. His feet are lovely and warm now. Getting them on and off are so much easier with the zip it helps a lot as you get older. They are brilliant boots.”

“I love them! I’m not your average female, I’m taller than and usually have to wear men’s trainers etc. But these boots were made for me. The foot sizing, the calf sizinf, the length, just perfect. And oh so warm.”

“Fabulous boots! I ordered a size 7.5 in the Quebec bordeaux and when I tried them they were a little too big. I contacted Bareback via email and they replied very quickly. I asked if I could go to their unit and try on a smaller size. They agreed to this and the customer service was excellent. I came away very happy, the boots are super comfy and extremely well made. 5*”
