“I have been baking for years but only recently began baking bread, starting in a wilderness location on an open campfire using a Dutch oven. The results were good, and it inspired me to take this course. I find the presentation easy to follow, and entertaining to watch, and so far my products have been very good. In fact, I would say that the pizza dough is the best I have ever had - period.
Today is Valentines Day, I am planning on cooking a small rib roast over an open fire, served with gnochi and pesto with a spinach salad, and a nice wine. The bread will be the Focaccia bread, served with olive oil and basalmic vinegar. It's going to be great!”
