Logging in every time each time my password isn’t recognized. It’s very frustrating because I paid for something that is now difficult to impossible at times to use because of a password. I’ve ready downloaded the app why the extra security? It’s not necessary and it’s keeping me from being able to master, what could change my life. They can email me info to leave a review but not to change my password. It was a complete waste of money for me.

I was very disappointed in the Portrait painting course. The supporting text lists 27 lessons and 21 exercises which I believed would be of a practical nature. However, as I started the course the artist, whom I really admire, did nothing but sit and talk-for all 27 lessons! Some of the exercises were ridiculous. This was of no use to me whatever as I wanted demonstrations and practical tuition on how to paint portraits. BBC would not consider refunding me.

Well, I signed up for a course with isn’t accessible for some reason and I’m VERY disappointed. Tried customer service and it’s not helped. I would like to cancel the course - Eric Vitro singing course and get a refund since I can’t access it!

I can see that you've spoken with customer service in order to try and gain access to the course, but that the last message was from them on 26th December sending you a replacement password to try and log in - did this work? Not that impressed. Paid for the single course option, the Introduction to Photography. It has been quite dissapointing, as an introduction to photography, with very little time spent on the technical aspects that I would have expected in an introductory course - which would be more beneficial than anecdotes about Rankin's career or the presence of guest (co) presenters spinning yarns about their career. Generally, a bit dissapointing

I didn't like the drawing course, and would like my money back. The course was like a promotion of the teacher and there was no practicality of teaching drawing in it

Complete waste of time and money! I did the sleep maestro and I didn’t learn a thing know already and she waffled in about why we need to sleep but not how to overcome difficulties. Didn’t help me at all…might as well have flushed the money down the loo! Not impressed at all.

Jonathan Yeo "chatting a bit" about his work. "Yeah it's nice to pick a subject that you have a reaction to". Is this it? Do you call this a "course"? I haven't learnt a single thing. Just heard some remarks that fall in the category of the bleeding obvious. And I'm now 60 pounds poorer. What a let-down.:-( Should have known not to expect anything from the BBC.

I don't love it. Mastrerclass has apps on ROKU and I can watch it on my TV and Maestro has none. I can only watch it on a my phone but I want to watch it on my TV.

I registered for the class of ne have not been able to access it . This is terrible for an institution like bbc that I thought one can trust online

I paid almost $100 for the Tim Rice series. I am a director/ musical director/ choreographer/ performer and this collection of videos was far from what I was expecting. I have full respect for Tim and the amazing things he has contributed to musical theatre, but I found the course severely overpriced for almost no help to my line of work. I suggest that you consider repricing; this is not something I will look into again.

I loved the 8 classes of richard Bertinet class on bread making. But then some technical glitch no longer allows me to access... i followed procedures to contact bbc and no one has ever answered my email. So basically it was a complete ripoff...ten days and no response to muy email..

I never, in this day and age, seen such a bad player like the BBC mastro. This is not a cheap product, yet the player is horrible… there is no app, you cannot stream in a tv, only using a stupid internet browser. Come on, BBC! You can do muuuch better! The catalog is also very poor. I loved the Alan Moore course, but there seemed to have nothing more. If you want a good course catalog with famous people, I recommend Masterclass. If you want business courses, I recommend LinkedIn. If you want to learn for free from well renowned universities, Cursera and EDx… or from people like me and you, Udemy… but run away from BBC Maestro until they have a decent catalog and the minimum functional Player.
