“Ordered goods online to be delivered, received a confirmation email of when goods will be delivered. That's were it started to go wrong with the communications....on day of delivery I received no call or email that my goods were being delivered by another depot(Alloa). When the goods ere delivered the driver put the order right in the middle of the drive so couldn't get the car onto the drive.”

“I have been happy with all my purchases from beatsons except this one, i waited about two weeks for a delivery and the quality of the timber and trellis was dire, chips sand etc fine but dissapointed by the timber and trellis, i am disabled and cannot get round to the merchant or i would have returned them,”

“customer service was very good replacing the damaged posts next day but have to say the quality of the wood I had delivered was generally poor, for £220 I expected better. bought some extras locally to finish the job and their products were better quality albeit a bit more expensive. Went with Beatsons as I got an online discount but don’t think I would use again .”

“I would love to be enjoying my order however despite it stating on my order history that it will be delivered on Tuesday or even Monday if they can , it is now close of play on Wednesday with no sign of it , I have called on Tuesday to be told to call back on Wednesday which I did at 7.30 this morning to be told it would be delivered between 12 and 4pm and the driver would call me , no call received and no delivery , I have now canx my joiner twice and made arrangements to be in for delivery”

“Decking good value for money. Does what it says on the tin. Delivery 4 days late. Didnt knock the door to see where if was to go. Just dumped it on the driveway and drove off. Was left to drag 39 planks in to garage with teen daughter. I am registered partly disabled. So wood good. Service underwhelmingly poor.”

Hi Chris, Thanks for your feedback. The Spare Round Hopper (B1004) States on the product 5 - 7 working days for delivery. The product was dispatched on the 4th working day which is before the stated delivery schedule window. The delivery charge of £6.99 is the flat rate we are charged from Parcelforce I'm afraid.
