“Review is about service and not materials as they never arrived! Very dissatisfied as arranged a day for delivery and worked from home on specific date and despite a reassuring phone call which I made at lunch time, my delivery never occurred. If I never called to ask then I would still be sitting waiting as no call was ever made to me to confirm delivery not happening, order was then cancelled on my instruction as no suitable/ alternative could be agreed, poor service from a company that I once used almost daily,”

“Bad experience. Ordered garden slabs and the delivery was a complete disaster. The driver dropped the slabs carelessly, resulting in one slab being damaged on the spot. To make things worse, they also damaged the pavement edging outside my property. When I raised the issue, the driver said someone from the office would call me to sort it out—but unsurprisingly, no one has contacted me since. No care, no accountability, and no follow-up.”

“Took a day of work to accommodate Beatsons delivery date, order never turned up, no phone call/ communications, nothing, there is no excuse in this day and age for company's not picking up the phone if theres a delay😡”

“We normally buy all our timber from beatsons in alloa and have never had a problem but our last two orders the wood was so badly worped we were unable to use it 16th Jan web97914 plywood 22nd November 606103 part numbers tim1270p /tim1920p. 5.10mt and 16.20mt we did phone the branch and complain and were told someone would phone us back but as yet we have not had any contact from them We buy a lot of sleepers .posts .decking .post create.rails from them and have never had an issue until now .our customers also buy wood directly from them when we tell them what the need for us to do work they require .prior to now we have always recommended beatsons to our customers (.but if this is how they deal with complaints we will take out business elsewhere and recommend our customers do the same )”

Hi Jane, Thanks for your feedback. Have you called/emailed to make us aware of this? as this is the first we are hearing of this I'm afraid. I have spoken to Azpects as this went direct from their warehouse, Delivery was attempted and then left at your local Parcelforce depot. Delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow.
