“Being a domestic user, it's rather tying having a whole day as the quoted delivery period, which is what happened this time, and they don't claim that they will phone ahead when they are on their way to drop off, and they don't. However, in the end, Beatsons arrived early in the day and I could get on with other things afterwards. Their driver/ delivery operative is their ideal representative, helpful and friendly.”
