“Ordered 2 sizes of slippers and they were delivered a few days later. Seem good quality and certainly my wife's feet are now warmer. We had to pay postage for return of the pair that didn't fit and I don't remember seeing any reference to this when ordering. It would be nice to see this kind of returns information on the order page”

“Ordered botee slippers for my daughter. However they were faulty due to bad stitching. I rang and Declan rang back within minutes, apologising and gave me e-mail who would deal with matters. The next day a nice lady e_mailed to say another pair were ordered and would be sent with prepaid returns label. Few days later new slippers arrived. Whilst I had a faulty pair the speed and mannerism of staff meant that the matter was dealt with efficiently. I would have no trouble recommending or using this company again”
