“Hello, you told me that the package was lost and you did refund me, I have to say. However, you never attempted to re-send what I had ordered, and instead told me to go to the website and reorder it myself. I am sure that the fact the price has doubled in the meantime is just a coincidence.”

“I was very disappointed when I received the slippers. The opening is way too large, as a result of which there's no way to anchor the slippers on my feet. So I kept slipping out of them or tripping over them, especially when going downstairs. Not a happy bunny. Donated them to a charity shop.”

“I have not received my order for two slippers, and yet you're asking me for an opinion. The slippers I ordered are to be Christmas gifts and I have received no information that they have been shipped and nothing that allows me to track the shipment. This is my first time purchasing from your company. If I do not receive a response from you today, Tuesday. Dec. 17, 2024, I will assume Bedroom Athletics has been unable to fulfill my order and cancel payment to your company on my credit card. If you are a legitimate business, please respond quickly. “Really disappointed with the new incarnation of a good design. I was really happy with the 1st pair I had for years. The foot was held in the slipper by a heel support, the new design has no support and my foot constantly slips out. Also the round heel pad has a tendency to roll the foot. I did not keep the packaging as was confident with the brand so no chance of a refund I’m guessing?”

“I haven’t even received my slipper boots yet. It’s now a week since being ordered. I’ve emailed to chase these. If I’d of known they’d of taken so long I would have bought them elsewhere.”

“Wrong item sent and not replying to emails. I received the wrong size of slippers - I ordered a 5/6 but instead received 7/8. Have emailed twice and have had no response whatsoever. I'm now stuck with slippers that don't fit and cost me £27. Unless this is resolved, I will not use this company again”

“In all fairness I cannot review the product I ordered as I have not received it and it seems pretty difficult to get any kind of customer service from either Bedroom Athletics or Dpd who have had my order for over a week now.”
