“I hadn't bought my usual slipper boots from Bedroom Athletics for a couple of years until a few weeks ago. Sadly the design and materials seem to have changed quite dramatically, and not for the better. The faux fur is completely different and cheap-looking and the overall look of the slipper is much, much wider and nowhere near as attractive as before - more like BigFoot. The slippers still feel cosy and will hopefully last a while but they don't look good now so I'll probably be searching for alternatives next time. It's a shame as I've been a fan of the Monroe and Marilyn designs for years but not anymore.”

“Really nice, well made & cosy slippers…but very small. I am normally a 5-5.5 and so ordered medium which is labelled as 5-6. My heels were almost hanging off the back so had to return (at my own cost). Very disappointing”

“I love your slippers. That’s why this is the fourth pair I’ve purchased, but it was an incredibly frustrating shopping experience this time. I live in the US and first discovered your slippers on Amazon. I’ve previously purchased them on Amazon and on your website and never had any trouble. This most recent time I noticed Apple Pay was an option on your website and tried to use it. Every time I would try to complete the payment, it would say my item was unavailable and my shopping cart was emptied. I sent an email requesting support and was told that There would be an option to complete the transaction using Amazon Pay within the next month and to try back later. Over a month later, nothing had changed and I followed up and was told it would be ready in a week or two. Still nothing. Followed up and was given the same push off. I finally decided to just try using my credit card and voilà. I don’t know why the customer service rep couldn’t just suggest that option to me. Regarding the question below, I don’t know if my delivery will be on time. It’s still enroute to me, which I understand since it’s coming from overseas, but I was not given an expected delivery date.”

“I’ve used this company for many years but badly let down by carrier you used, delivered wrong item and then lost my order, when delivery happened 2 days later all packaging had been opened and not repacked, very shoddy.”

“Really comfortable and just what I wanted. However I will be returning the slippers because the left one has become delaminated from the sole in a small area after less than ten hours use. I am size 9. Medium size slippers.”

“The slippers are a lovely colour and a good fit with a cosy, furry lining. My only issue is the inner sole is a bit wrinkled+ won't straighten but they were a sale slipper and I just wear socks in them to get over the problem. They're nice+ sparkly! They came quickly and in time for my wee holiday, too, which is great.”

“I ordered two pairs of Beach Ath. sandals from Bedroom Athletics in the sale. I so wanted them to be great but, unfortunately, both pairs were too small. I'm a size 8, so didn't have the option to go up a size. I haven't returned them because having to pay postage for delivery AND returns seems a bit unfair to me, and almost doesn't seem worth it! (So many companies offer either free delivery or free returns.) I will just try and sell them on.”

“Shopping was really quick however the product itself is so uncomfortable. They are supposed to be slippers but the sole is so hard it has no give and my feet drum around. No good but given I paid for postage and then need to pay return postage it's not worth it ...”

“I have ordered several pairs of slipper boots from Bedroom Athletics since I bought my first pair at a clothes show at the NEC about 15 years ago. They are lovely and so comfortable. I was disappointed with my latest order though because when it arrived one pair of slipper boots was the wrong colour, which I’ve had to return and I’m now waiting for the replacement pair 😢”

“I absolutely love the Harris slippers. I’ve had them every year and wear them so thin. However this year the size 3/4 is tiny. I’m a 4 but the size seems like a 2. Not happy I have to pay for postage to return so I’ll just have to keep.”
