“I love these slippers but I struggle to get the right size. I am a uk 6 or 6.5. The 5-6 is too small and the 7-8 is too big. Shame as love these slippers but won’t get another pair.”

“Ordered five (5) pairs of slippers. The first order parcel was delayed. The second parcel turned up, only one (1) pair of slippers. Had to chase and ask for the remaining four (4) pairs to be delivered. At the time of writing still waiting for the third parcel delivery.”

“A big fan of bedroom athletics and have many products from them, however on this occasion I didn’t like the slippers. Would have returned them however bedroom athletics don’t provide free returns and I didn’t want to waste any more money on returning them so will gift them to someone else.”

“Look great, but too wide so my feet were slipping around. Bought fleece insoles, but too narrow, so feet over sides as the sides of the boot didn't hold foot in place. Sadly had to return both insoles and boots”

“Ordered same slipper boots that I?d bought from BA before and loved. The new pair that came were quite misshapen and look a little weird but I can?t be bothered with the admin of sending them back. They?re still ok though. Not the end of the world !”

“Great product but customer service not great currently. I have placed 3 orders in the past that have all been fine but the latest one not so much, sizing is very off so if in doubt go bigger. I sent back my slippers for an exchange, this was sent a week and a half ago, first class so should have realistically had my new pair by now. I have nothing and have heard nothing, I've emailed and chased twice and not heard anything either time. I will give it to the 2 week mark and then will look at getting the charge reversed and will order new slippers elsewhere”

“Had a pair of bedroom athletic slippers for a few years now but sadly, the zip broke on one a couple of weeks ago, so I ordered another pair along with some thong slippers. The thong slippers are great but the quality of the boot slippers has massively deteriorated, I was so disappointed. The soles were plastic and badly stitched so they puckered. My current pair, even in their thoroughly worn and loved state, still looked far better. They were returned.”
