I ordered my item over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn?t arrived. I have tried contacting the company to make enquiries but no one has responded to my latest email.

Sorry to say I have not received my order yet! Order placed 27/12/22. Whilst I don?t believe this is Bedroom Athletics fault, and most likely due to RM losing my package, or the current RM strikes, I?m really disappointed. Customer Service from yourselves has, however, been great, and Declan has assisted with trying to locate my parcel, also kindly refunding the P&P as a goodwill gesture, and offering the choice of full refund or re-sending my order.

Still haven't received my item it has been 2 weeks now and stated 3-5 days delivery. So not good experience at all

I ordered a pair of slipper boots online but in the process of changing the colour the size flipped to the smallest size. I was disappointed when they arrived because they just didn't fit. When I called to see what had happened it became clear that this unexpected re-setting is a common problem, but despite that I had to pay to return the item. Had the return been free, I would definitely have ordered a replacement pair, and used the company again. As it was I ordered more or less the same item from Accessorise, cheaper and with free returns! It would make sense for the company to fix the re-setting problem to avoid this happening to someone else.

I was really looking forward to wearing the faux-fur cross-over slippers. They felt fabulously soft when I put them on, but right away, I felt the labels which had been sown into the upper sole of the slippers, in the fur, right where my bare foot wanted to snuggle. It was really uncomfortable. I thought about cutting the labels out but didn't in the end as I wasn't sure a) if it would work - sometimes stitching stays put & irritates, and b) if I could still return them having cut the labels out. Sadly, I'm returning them. IMHO it's a fundamental design fault, but I would definitely buy them again if there were no labels to spoil the experience.

My order arrived quickly and my slippers are lovely and soft ( they are a touch small but I'm sure they will give a bit) Very happy

I keep getting these automatic emails asking me to review Bedroom Atheltics. When the truth is, I actually haven?t received the product. And I placed my order 17 days ago. Granted I?m in Canada and there is a major cold snap, plus it?s Christmas. So, needless to say I wasn?t expecting a speedy delivery, but to keep getting these continuous requests for a review, is annoying. Plus, they never sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. I had to ask for that after the first automatic email request for a review. So there you go - I hope the product is well worth the wait. But if you?re going to keep sending me annoying emails to review a product I don?t even have yet, then the review isn?t going to be very good.
