I haven’t even received my slipper boots yet. It’s now a week since being ordered. I’ve emailed to chase these. If I’d of known they’d of taken so long I would have bought them elsewhere.

Wrong item sent and not replying to emails. I received the wrong size of slippers - I ordered a 5/6 but instead received 7/8. Have emailed twice and have had no response whatsoever. I'm now stuck with slippers that don't fit and cost me £27. Unless this is resolved, I will not use this company again

In all fairness I cannot review the product I ordered as I have not received it and it seems pretty difficult to get any kind of customer service from either Bedroom Athletics or Dpd who have had my order for over a week now.

Carmen slippers are much too small. Obviously why they’re reduced! Can’t even get my foot in them.

I’m afraid I had to wash my slippers and they have started to fall apart underneath which I’m surprised about and it was a 20degree wash and I have bought 4 pairs in the past with no issues so I’m very disappointed.

The first pair of slippers that I had bought from Bedroom Athletes, are the ones that I'm still wearing. Because there have been so many Special offers on their slippers and I have been very happy with the first pair I bought; ( some two to three years ago) I kept on buying these slippers. Now some eight new pairs later, I've decided to start wearing these new slippers but none of which i can put on ; because they are either to small or the zipper only goes half way down . Since buying all these pairs of slippers, i have given one pair away to someone with smaller feet, the other pair I cut further down the front to see if I can get them on but they're still to small. All the other pairs are in a bin bag underneath my bed, ready for their next adventure. So even though I was very happy with my first pair, I have still yet to find another pair that are not too small. I've always bought the largest pair on offer. My faithful pair are a size 11-12 uk. Maybe there is someone in the office that can help me. Yours sincerely Paul Arnold.

I ordered a present for my wife for Xmas on the 5th of December, I still do not have the item as DPD local failed to find my address twice, I contacted the depot and promised me the following day yet another failed delivery. After contacting you they were then apparently arranged to be sent to my local post office for collection which they weren’t. I then finally had a call to say they were back at warehouse and that they would be resent out in time for Xmas to my home address and still nothing. I generally buy a pair of slippers each year for my wife but after this experience that will change

Wrong size slippers received, so unable to put on slippers. So far no reply to email request to customer services for paid postage to send return. Very disappointing , because this was a Christmas present

I have had lovely pairs of Marilyn Bedroom Athletics slippers for years. Unfortunately the last pair I have had are huge and offer no support whatsoever. I cannot even walk from room to room in them as the fit is so sloppy. I can only use them for keeping my feet warm when sat down.

Slippers were poorly put together (inner sole is rucked) and they need replacing. Still no response from Bedroom Athletics a week on (other than 'thanks for your email) despite chasing. Shocking at the price.

This was my first order with Bedroom Athletics and it will be the last too. I was sent an incorrect order, Bedroom Athletics admitted it was their mistake yet they have, and continue to, treat me as though I am just unhappy with my order and wish to return. They are refusing to send the products I ordered and paid for until I return the incorrectly sent products, which means I incur costs. Their customer service is horrendous, they make the mistake and treat me as if it's my mistake. I am shocked that a company can treat a customer so badly even though they made the error. It's not rocket science, treat customers better and they will continue to buy from you. I won't shop with this company again and do not recommend anyone else does in case THEY make a mistake and make YOU pay for it!

The slippers were ordered and I was informed that they would be dispatched. However I then received an email stating that they weren't in the warehouse so my money was to be refunded. This I presume has happened but not at all impressed that my order was accepted but I did not receive them

Absolutely terrible experience no delivery was made d.p.d your delivery drivers twice said they were coming but never arrived l was in on both occasions. No one came to this address l don't know where they went . No card was left, maybe they left it where they thought my house was. I have deliveries daily to my home with no problems, l am disabled so always in. So l have no slippers had to get them elsewhere, so want a full refund including postage.

I never received my order and have tried to contact bedroom athletics and have had no response. I haven?t had any update on where my order is or if it is even still coming. I haven?t had a refund or anything. So disappointed as I?d heard good things about this brand. Ordered slippers on the 29th of December, it?s now 13th January and I?ve had no response from the company at all. Where is my order ?!

Sorry to say I have not received my order yet! Order placed 27/12/22. Whilst I don?t believe this is Bedroom Athletics fault, and most likely due to RM losing my package, or the current RM strikes, I?m really disappointed. Customer Service from yourselves has, however, been great, and Declan has assisted with trying to locate my parcel, also kindly refunding the P&P as a goodwill gesture, and offering the choice of full refund or re-sending my order.
