“Excellent customer service with a friendly, helpful reply within 24 hours. The actual slippers themselves are marvellous, how I managed before them I do not know. Move over 'normal slippers', boot slippers are the way forward. The memory foam is akin to walking on a cloud and the faux fur of the slipper boots is quite simply toasty, even on particularly cold days your feet are kept warm and snug. Well done, a wonderful product, I cannot say enough about them. Everyone should own a pair.”

“I am between a size 4 and a 5 but the sizes on offer are 3/4 or 4/5. I buy the 3/4 which are a little tight to begin with but they soon loosen off. This is the third pair of slipper bits I have purchased and I love them.”

“I am a size 11 and I ordered a size 11/12 and could not get them on. My mum who is a size 9 wears them comfortabley. I ordered mum a size 8/9 and she couldn't get them on. Excellent product, think the zip needs to be longer”

“Really nice, well made & cosy slippers…but very small. I am normally a 5-5.5 and so ordered medium which is labelled as 5-6. My heels were almost hanging off the back so had to return (at my own cost). Very disappointing”

“Purchased new Gosling Sherpa slippers to replace an old pair. I'm a size 9 and originally bought a 9-10 which were a far too big size range for an actual size 9 foot and huge. Ordered a 7-8 this time thinking they would fit and they are far too tight. There needs to be a middle ground size between the 2 size ranges, perhaps BA could sell these slippers in individual sizes e.g 7, 8, 9, 10 etc.”

“I have had several pairs of slippers from bedroom athletics. They are very comfortable to wear, are well made and last a long time. My faourite are the harris tweed slippers. Will certainly buy again.”
