“Unfortunately I'm very disappointed, the slippers are not as I expected. -Right boot seems to be defective/sole misaligned, leading to the seam being under my foot, which is a sensory nightmare and very uncomfortable. - Zip's are really rattly making noise every step I take. - Faux fur inside boot, more like sweaty polar fleece instead of the faux fur on the outside. It wasn't clear on the website that the inner material is different. If I had known it was a different material on the inside, I wouldn't have purchased. I've been wearing them for a few days and I have to say I'm unfortunately very disappointed. I think I have just wasted £40 as I don't want to wear them, I've been trying to in order to avoid wasting money, but they're a sensory nightmare.”

“Hello, you told me that the package was lost and you did refund me, I have to say. However, you never attempted to re-send what I had ordered, and instead told me to go to the website and reorder it myself. I am sure that the fact the price has doubled in the meantime is just a coincidence.”
