“These slippers were a replacement for ones our daughter bought us a few years ago. We left them in storage while we were living in Africa and, unfortunately the tweed proved to be irresistible to moths! We are very happy with the replacements (except for the slight change in that the label is no longer made of leather!)”

“After having my harris tweed slippers for some time I decided to get another pair, this turned into 2 pairs for me and 2 pairs for The Old Ball and Chain. I think mine are great and she is chuffed with hers but they are that comfortable the fussy child has claimed a pair for herself as they are like "putting her feet into a new born lamb" (not my choice of words but that of an 11 year old who's grandad is a farmer) thats how comfortable these slippers are. Also price was great and delivery exceptional in the current conditions.”

“Had a pair of bedroom athletic slippers for a few years now but sadly, the zip broke on one a couple of weeks ago, so I ordered another pair along with some thong slippers. The thong slippers are great but the quality of the boot slippers has massively deteriorated, I was so disappointed. The soles were plastic and badly stitched so they puckered. My current pair, even in their thoroughly worn and loved state, still looked far better. They were returned.”

“This is the second pair of slippers I have bought for my husband - he has worn out the first pair, and has loved them. Warm and comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't see the warning to order a size larger, so had to return the first order (he is size 9, and now has 11/12). Would be helpful to have the warning more obvious (pop up warning?) or make the slipper sizes more accurate?!”

“Products are always of a high quality and made to last. Bought my last pair of slippers from here around 2-3 years ago and am only now having to replace them. Customer service was prompt and friendly. Fast delivery even in the midst of a pandemic. Bought 4 products in the space of a week or two as so pleased with the service and quality. Would highly recommend.”
