“First saw this company at The Living North Exhibition and was impressed with the quality of their products. Prompted me to buy more online and again was very happy with the slippers and casual fleece tops I bought. The service was top notch too and I received my punchases in a couple of days.”

“I buy these slippers every year or two. They are soooo comfy. They look good and although I buy them annually, that’s because I wear them every day and am naughty and do pop outside in them sometimes, to put rubbish in bins. Also, when I’m out, my dog takes one and snuggles with it! Hence them needing replacing annually; they are for both of us, 😂 Oh, and fantastic customer service when I had a small issue. Dealt with extremely promptly and professionally.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of slippers for myself and husband, sadly they sent me the wrong size, this was rectified very quickly and new pair sent, they also told me to gift the incorrect pair rather than send them back Thank you”

“Unfortunately I cannot speak for myself as they were a gift. But the recipient of the slippers lives in a cold house and has expressed thanks assuring me they will keep them warm, and really likes them.”

“The slippers are great and are bought as Christmas presents most years. However for the second year running they have arrived in a crushed box which is a shame. Packing them correctly so they arrive intact is recommended.”
