“Hi Rodney, I am happy with online lessons. I paid for the package that assured me that the traffic school would follow-up and ensure that may case is closed. However, I have now got an email saying that I should call the courthouse myself. I would like to understand why. I was hoping you could help me. Thanks, -Balaji”

“It was easy to use and understand. I completed it in a few sittings. I liked the way there was a short quiz after each part. I had no trouble passing because everything was explained well. I didn't need to go back and look anything up, but it was nice that it was available.”

“I thought the software worked well! Maybe you could put a average time to complete the course on the Intro to improve the user experience ! I thimble I put in 7 or 8 hours on it . Thanks John”

“The course content was good, but the attempt to get me to pay double at the end for confirmation of course completion was confusing and frustrating. I didn't pay the extra $25 and then was offered what seemed like the same service for $6.99. Also, even though the course was open book, if I went back to double-check an answer, the quiz would start over. So when it came time to take the final I opened a second window and signed in to avoid that happening with the 25 question final.”

“Easy to use and very straightforward. Not easy, just like the DMV test which I just took. Comprehensive and detailed. OK, hard, but I was OK with that. The only issue I had was that when I took the final exam, I found that if I was not sure of the answer, when I went back to the material, I found all of my previous answers had been erased and had to start over. I did that once and then because I did not want to go throught that again, did not go back. I did pass, but just barely. Maybe I did something wrong, but if that is not the way it works, then some explanation of how to go back to review material and not lose you place in the exam would be helpful. Thanks, R”
