“It took a bit longer than expected. A lot of verbage quoting code numbers and such. Forces you to filter it out and try to retain the useful information. While a picture is worth a thousand words many of the pictures did lettle to clarify the information. Love the audio features and the aility to adjust dilivery speed.”

“Everything is good except that the class on line advertise to be Free but at the end of the class they charge for 3 different things, that should Free.”

“everything was fine untill the scare tactics to upgrade another 35 dollars at the end. This was my first ticket ever and I just turned 63. State cost me enough. Guess I'll have to make sure this process worked on my own.”

“Everything was fine except I didnt get why we needed the quiz at the end we took quiz after each section so why did we need the quiz at the end seems repeatative.”
