“I found two issues in your User Interface: 1. Whenever I clicked on the 'Next Section' button, the left panel automatically moved to the top of the lesson. So, I had to go back and move the contents of the left panel to the section where I was reading in the right panel. Please ask your programmers to STOP doing that. Let the left panel stay where the student had placed it. I know the programmers have done that to show the updated progress meter. But, I was NOT interested in knowing that everytime I clicked on the 'Next Section' button. 2. When the audio goes from one subject of the lesson to the following subject, there is NO GAP in the audio. Please add a gap of a couple of seconds so that a student has enough time to scroll down to the text subject. I liked your decision to not place any session time limits on the student. I was able to stop in the middle of a session for several minutes whenever I needed to do something else, such as taking a incoming phone call.”

“Content was fine, but the fee based service offerings at the end including a fee to email me a copy of my completion cert (which was later then given free) was irritating to say the least. The most extreme example was being asked to pay $18.99 to do what you're simply supposed to do p/ the origninal course fee of $19.99 (properly submit my info to the court & DMV that I have completed the course). Mess that up, and I will make it a point to ensure the world knows you screwed up a basic & essential task! That said, it's all that prevented you from a 5 star review and 10 out of 10 re: my the recommendation to others.”

Hi Steven Thanks for your review. We do submit it. However, submission does not guarantee the court and DMV correctly process it. There are other issues beyond our control that could affect that. These factors include not paying the court traffic school fee, paying the court after completing the course, and not providing the correct citation information. This is why we offer an additional service. The service is not to properly submit your information, it is to provide proof and correct it, and resubmit it if needed so your point is masked. As long as you follow up with the court and make sure they do their job, your point will be masked.

“Everything went smoothly, but, I will need to add that there is an extra fee if you want them to send your completion information to the DMV as well as notify you if anything happens. Don't buy the certificate, print it yourself, they will give you a downloadable PDF.”

“Es muy buen sistema de enseñanza, solo tienen que mejorar un poquito en el audio , al hacer la lectura pronuncian los inicios de la letra de cada frase sin pausa y eso de momento causa confusión al principio, pero después se hace muy fácil de entender.”

“I have been driving for a long time, but I still learned a lot from taking this course such as some new laws and ways to avoid collisions when driving under poor weather conditions. The course did take longer to complete than was stated but the time was well spent.”

“The traffic school was fine. The material was easy to follow. The reason for the 4 stars is that they were not up front about additional costs. You only find out that at the end. The initial plug says it's only $19.99 to do the school program, but at the end other costs can be added. The costs are optional, but you're made to feel like everything may not be processed correctly if you opt out of the addtional fee. I just wish they would be clear at the outset or take the pressure off at the end.”
