“The traffic school was quick and easy to do and the price was right, except for scamming me into ordering a certificate that I thought I would need. After checkout I was offered the possibility of downloading my certificate for free. Why would you do that?”

“Overall the course was very good, and updated me on laws I'd forgotten or didn't know. It was filled with substantial content that was presented in a manner that was easily digested. And there was a lot of good content beyond laws, such as specific defensive driving considerations, etc. I did have a couple of unanswered questions on a few laws (that weren't presented with enough clarity), but I can look those up on my own. My only criticism is the amount of over-selling of additional services at the end of the course, that left some doubt as to whether everything will be filed smoothly with the DMV, but I am trusting that it will all be submitted correctly.”

“Everything went smooth except the up sell on check out.The $20 fee can go to over $50 if you don't uncheck a couple of boxes.Its also hard to rate something that is still unresolved with the court.”
