“I first contacted BigBear on Monday for a quote on my requirements and after a couple of emails back and forth, by the following day they had sent me back my design for proofing which I am really pleased with!!! “Hi my first time ordering from big bear. from the start Sam was so quick with the quote answered emails within 5 minutes which is very unusual . Artwork arrived under 30 mins I paid invoice and product arrived under plain cover 1 day before it was due my client over the moon with quality and delivery. thank you we will be using again. “I had an urgent turnaround on a large order size for delivery this week and the service I received couldn't have been better! Even with the split of the units to two different delivery addresses was catered for without any trouble. Only one slight issue but that sits with the courier rather than Big Bear Promo. A special mention to Andrew James who helped get this over the line so quickly!”
