“Callum was amazing sorting things out for me. Even when i couldnt sign off the first option he came up with a solution. My only problem was the product itself wasn't clear on its design. Was expecting the logo printed on the bag an not just an inserted bit of paper.”

“I placed an order with Big Bear for some keyrings for the lockers at work, Callum was helpful and answered all my queries in a very timely manner, placed the order and am eagerly awaiting the delivery. thank you for your help and if the products are as good as they promise to be, I will be ordering more.”

“Fantastic customer service and prompt replies from Ross regarding the order and got our beautifully printed pens sent out on time for our charity event! Only issue is the pens break a little easily on a few of them but easily reassembled.....holding the courier who threw them over our tall fence responsible for that one so not the companies fault!”
