“I would highly recommend Big Bear Promo services to anyone looking for a reliable service with excellent customer service. Sam Lewis, was exceptional at helping support us with a very last minute order for our charity. We really struggled to find a company who could order and deliver within a very tight time frame and he went above and beyond to ensure the product went from design to delivery in the provided time frame. He even ensured to provide constant updates to reassure us that the product would arrive in time for the event. We are so grateful to him and the team at Big Bear Promo - highly recommend.”

“Brilliant service and great quality product. I ordered some custom printed mugs for our company and the service I received from Sam was second to none.
