“Excellent experience every time. Drivers are excellent, polite, and most important, highly competent. Cars are always clean, smell fresh and water is offered. We use Blacklane whenever we can!”

“My husband, my sister and her husband were surprised to see such a nice and clean vehicle picking us up from the airport. Our driver Amer was so very polite and respectful to each of us. He told us about San Francisco as he was taking us to the hotel and giving us more than just a little history lesson. We all appreciated him. I would highly recommend Blacklane to anyone visiting any area with this company.”

“It is all about the personal contact. The amount of care and attention your driver Denis Bondoni was remarkable. It was a difficult journey due to the unexpected "general strike" in support of Gaza. He would not leave us until he was sure we were going to catch our train at Bologna Centrale. HE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY.”
