“The driver was visible right outside the secure area in the baggage claim with a sign displaying my name. The driver was very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. The vehicle was spacious (we had a 6 passenger SUV) and very clean. While it didn't take long to retrieve our bags, the driver waited with us and assisted us with our luggage onto and off of the SUV at our arrival location. Would highly recommend!”
