“Our driver, Chloe, was waiting for us to exit Customs which was excellent after a long flight but she didn't offer to take the bags as others have done in the past. As a matter of fact she was too small to lift the 2 heavy bags into or our of the car. Chloe did not know the route to take from the airport to Canungra and asked us the best way to go. We told her to turn off at the Yatala turnoff as it's a straight road to the main Beenleigh- Beaudesert Highway.which is closest to Canungra. However she took the wrong turn off and did not try to get back on the highway preferring to follow her map. That took us around the world at Beenleigh but we eventually got back on the correct route. We arrived home one and a half an hours later when it is a one hour trip. My husband then had to unload the bags and Chloe took off so fast our bags were left on the street for us to deliver to our door. I think she must have been late for another appointment.”
