“The driver was waiting in the appropriate pick-up place with the designated sign. He assisted with my luggage and was courteous and professional. The car was clean and well maintained. The drive overcame difficult traffic situations, without ever speeding or creating a feeling of being unsafe. An excellent experience in a world where service is often not satisfactory!”
